Just like me, I've always wanted to be a successful Engineer. But it stays just like that. No progress. Because as I grow up I realized many things that makes me totally change my mind. My interests, passion, and everything in me have changed. And my dream changed. I could hardly decide what I want to be in the future because there are so many choices painted in my mind. High school life is probably the happiest time of our lives. Many consider their college lives to be the best, but to me high school is better, because it has more fun and less workload. We are young adults now. Our bodies are going through a series of changes. Boys are transforming into young men, while girls are blooming into beautiful young women. At this point, we are mature enough to recognize our interests, our passions and everything else we need to know about ourselves. And for me, what makes our high school life memorable is the High School Day Celebration. Why did I say so? The 117th high school day celebration was celebrated on March 2, 2019. On this day, the dancing competition among grade levels was held. The competition among boys and girls is separated. Before this day, all are busy on their own practices. Ilocos Sur is a beautiful province located in the northern part of Luzon. It is a province rich in culture that represents the ancient Spanish and Filipino heritage. To show and share their treasures to the whole world, the locals conceived a festival that highlights these cultural traditions and they called it the "Kannadiwan Festival". It is a celebration that lasts from the last week of January up to the first week of February. Included in the course of events is the commemoration of the foundation day of the province.   For me, the Kannawidan gives fun to the whole province of Ilocos Sur. Because there are lots of activities and competitions that are held during this festival. These activities are: boodle fight, a ritual followed by the presentation of Ilocano traditions spiced with sports events, the Miss Saniata 2016, Mass and procession at the Saint Paul Cathedral, fireworks display, and the grand finals of the Siglat Ilocandia (search for talented Iloc

It's true that "You can't change what's going on around you, until you start changing what's going on within you." Because change starts within oneself. I believe that if you want something to change for the better, you should start it within yourself. If you want to change reality start with yourself first and attend to your own personal development. In doing so, problems give way to solutions and no longer affect you. M ost people are frustrated or angry with circumstances beyond their control. They believe if they can control these situations they will be happy. S ometimes it is not possible since there are too many things to control. It requires redesigning your life to suit you, or playing God, neither of which are possible. It  is simpler to attend to your own personal development. I believe that change is the only constant thing in life. No matter how hard you try to stay whatever or whoever you are, there will always be a time wherein something will change and you can't do anything about it. Why? Because that change is meant to happen. And as they say, "Change is inevitable." This 2019, I want to change something in my life. This is to change myself into s omething stronger and braver.  So that I will be able to endure every hard situations that may hinder me in achieving success. And also to be braver enough to face the challenges that may come. This is because in the year 2018, I have encountered different situations wherein I almost give up to the point that I think about committing suicide. It is because I am too weak and fragile inside. I will change myself into something better.

Every December we are always celebrating the Christmas Day. Because we believe that December 25 was the day when Jesus our Savior was born. Christmas day should be celebrated to address our thanks and love to Jesus who saves our life. This is also the time to express our love to everyone all over the world. In any direction you can see stars that are hanged, Christmas lights, Christmas trees, and other things that symbolizes Christmas. At the month of September we can already feel the spirit of Christmas and that's why everyone gets very excited in celebrating. I believe that Christmas is the time to forgive those who commits a sin to us. We should also express our love to everyone and show them the kindness from our hearts. Let's give love on Christmas day.
